CONSTITUTIONAL REDRAFT 2022

At this year’s AGM, happening on Monday 11th April at 6pm, we will be taking a vote on some changes to be made to the GENERATORprojects constitution. After 25 years, our constitution was long overdue for a refresh, bringing us up to date and allowing space for future changes to the structure of the organisation. We've been doing our best to figure out ways to appropriately remunerate committee members for the labour performed on behalf of GEN, and this updated constitution makes space for a non-executive board to be installed above the operational committee. We'd love to hear feedback from our members on our constitutional changes, and will be taking a vote with all members present at the AGM as to whether or not to go forward with the proposed changes. GENERATORprojects Constitution 2022 - Final Draft

Special Resolution that, with effect from the conclusion of the Annual General Meeting 2022, the draft Constitution, a draft of which can be viewed in the above link, be adopted as the Constitution of Generator, Scottish Charity Number SC025493, in substitution for and to the exclusion of the existing Constitution of the said Generator.
