Drawing on the complex communications behind the flocking behaviour of birds and sheep we will explore the subtleties of group awareness. The morning will consist of some exercises in perception, empathy and awareness followed by a shared lunch. The afternoon will consist of group tasks which encourage empathy and communication before venturing out to perform a group action as a flock. Please bring food to share for lunch. Everyone is welcome to come along and no performance experience is needed. The ideas explored have applications within performance and beyond.
