Annual Member's Show 2021

Happening a few months later than usual this year, GENERATORprojects are thrilled to be bringing the Annual Members’ Show 2021 to the Wellgate Centre! The 2021 Members' Show will open on the 8th of May and run through to the 6th of June, open 12-5pm Friday - Sunday.

The GENERATORprojects Annual Members’ Show is an exhibition created to highlight the important and varied work being completed by the membership of Dundee’s oldest artist run initiative.

The exhibition is not only a fantastic event for visitors old and new, but also an invaluable experience for the members themselves as it provides an opportunity to network, feel inspired, and to gain an insight into running and exhibiting in a collective space—an insight that is all too often out of reach for recent graduates and up-and-coming artists.

This year more than ever, we are so happy to be able to provide this opportunity for our membership and to kick off things in our new satellite space with what is always a lively and invigorating show. This year we had lots of space to fill so our members did not feel limited by size! We have a huge variety of pieces from all of our members and in a vast array of styles - big, small, sculptural, wall based, monstrous, delicate, digital, analogue - our members do not disappoint!!

GENERATORprojects are also so excited to be hosted by the Wellgate centre this year, working in partnership with EP Spaces to make creative use of empty retail units. This show marks the beginning of an exciting calendar of events happening within the Wellgate Centre, facilitated by GENERATORprojects.

Opening Saturday 8th May 12 pm - 5 pm, continues Sunday, May 9th – Sunday, June 6th 2021.

We ask that masks are worn inside, and social distancing measures followed. We will be operating an in/out system upon our maximum capacity.
